Expo Grands Travaux, eastern Canada’s largest heavy equipment trade show, is making its return to Quebec after a four-year hiatus.

The heavy equipment show takes place April 21 and 22 at Espace St-Hyacinthe in St-Hyacinthe, QC, a new location for the event. Located about an hour east of Montreal, Espace St-Hyacinthe will provide more than 144,000 square feet of space with major OEMs, dealers, and tons of big iron on display.

The new location offers a state-of-the-art venue in a central location, easy highway access, ample parking and increased visitor reach, attracting attendees from central and northern Quebec.

“We are excited to see how this show will benefit from the move to St-Hyacinthe.” Said Mark Cusack, National Show Manager for Expo Grands Travaux.

“This show is amping up to be huge and we’re confident the heavy equipment industry will show up in full force.”

Visitors span from across Quebec with some attendees making the trip from Ontario, New Brunswick and beyond. The event will provide thousands of attendees the opportunity to connect with experts, exchange ideas and learn from peers within their profession.

A full list of exhibitors can be found on the Expo Grands Travaux website via this link.

Alongside the opportunity to connect with the heavy equipment community, the event is introducing the new Demo Zone where visitors can watch heavy equipment live in action.

Expo Grands Travaux hours

  • Friday, April 21: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, April 22: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Expo Grands Travaux’s presenting partner is BFL Canada. The show also has the endorsement of the ACRGTQ (Association des constructeurs de routes et grands travaux du Québec), APMLQ (Association des propriétaires de machinerie lourde du Québec Inc), Bitume Québec and Paysagiste Certifie (APPQ).

The trade show, organized by Master Promotions, is traditionally held every other year. Created in 1973, Master Promotions is Canada’s largest independent trade and consumer event management company.
