We are truly excited to recognize Richie Difiore as the April 2023 Jim Ellis Client Champion! Richie is one of our Volvo Mall of Georgia parts consultants. Richie was nominated by General Manager Michael Gerbick.
The Jim Ellis Client Champion award has been presented monthly since 2014 to a Jim Ellis team member who goes above and beyond to deliver the Jim Ellis Promise to one of our guests. With more than 1,600 team members in the organization, only a small percentage of team members each year receive this honor.
Here is the story behind why Richie was nominated as the monthly Client Champion:
Richie was contacted by a customer who was in need of a certain part for his vehicle. Upon checking the customer’s address, it was clear that the customer lived outside of the standard delivery zone. Richie took a deeper look at the location and noticed that he didn’t live too far from him. He went out of his way by offering to drop the part off himself on his way home from work that evening. After he left work that day, he headed straight to the customer’s house to drop off the part. This is just one example of how Richie continues to go above and beyond for his team members and customers, as he has always been the kind of person to volunteer his assistance.
