We are excited to recognize Monique Gray as the September 2022 Jim Ellis Client Champion! Monique is one of a Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta South service advisor. Monique was nominated by general manager Ryan McIntyre.
Here is the story behind why Monique was nominated as the monthly client champion:
One Friday, when the store was shorthanded in the service department, a client that had encountered challenges getting her vehicle serviced approached the fixed operations director. The client noted that she initially had not planned to come in, but that Monique Gray had gone above and beyond in answering her questions and following up to get her scheduled to come in and see what the dealership could do to help. The client agreed to come in and Monique greeted her in person upon arrival. This really impressed the client so much that she made a point to let management know that Monique was the main reason she came to our dealership.
The Jim Ellis Client Champion award has been presented monthly since 2014 to a Jim Ellis employee who has gone above and beyond to deliver the Jim Ellis Promise to one of our guests. With more than 1,600 employees in the organization, only a small percentage of employees each year receive this honor.
