January 2023 Client Champion: Julius Sekle

We are truly excited to recognize Julius Sekle as the January 2023 Jim Ellis Client Champion! Julius is one of our Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta South Service Advisors. Julius was nominated by general manager, Ryan McIntyre. 
 

The Jim Ellis Client Champion award has been presented monthly since 2014 to a Jim Ellis employee who goes above and beyond to deliver the Jim Ellis Promise to one of our guests. With more than 1,600 employees in the organization, only a small percentage of employees each year receive this honor. 
 

Here is the story behind why Julius was nominated as the monthly Client Champion:
 

A client, Neil Wise, that lives north of Atlanta, recently purchased a GLS from Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta South, which is located south of Atlanta. A few months after the purchase, the client scheduled their vehicle’s first service appointment. The appointment fell around the time of the holidays and the customer opted to utilize the Jim Ellis Express Way pickup and drop off to get their vehicle to and from our Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta South dealership. To be sure the client had transportation while their vehicle was serviced, a loaner vehicle was dropped off at the time the client’s vehicle was picked up. The client had a few items in addition to the routine service items that they wanted to address with Service Advisor Julius Sekle. The client was hopeful to get their vehicle back prior to their holiday plans, which left the dealership with a tight timeline to turn the vehicle around and get it transported back to the client. When the service was complete, it fell at time that was going to require someone being willing to go above and beyond and stay after hours during the holiday season to make sure the client got their vehicle back in their desired timeframe. Without even needing to be asked, Julius volunteered himself to make the trip to deliver the vehicle that evening. We appreciate Julius going above and beyond for this client and for the dealership after hours. Thank you!
